It islocated on the Blue River and surrounded by thirty-six acres dedicated to be preserved forever as open space. The Ponds has eighty-four two story 3 or 4 bedroom townhomes, with every home backing the Blue River. In early 2003, when the property started to show severe defect the Board of Directors hired Sullan2, Sandgrund, Smith & Perczak to represent them in their construction defect case against their builder. After The Ponds at Blue River received a settlement of $ 11.7 million, Reconstruction Experts was awarded the property’s litigation repair project. The project commenced in early July of 2006.
