Anderson Tovar's Bio
Anderson Tovar has been involved in the concrete construction industry for more than 20 years and is currently the CEO of TVC Construction located in Miami, Florida.
He has been working with reputable construction companies like OHL Arellano, IV Group, C-squared Construction, and Capri Construction among others.
As CEO of TVC, Tovar has been instrumental to the company’s success with his personal attention to detail and oversight of the marketing/estimating components of the company. This includes roles as project manager, supervision of projects, coordination of labor and materials, concrete methods recommendations, as well as designing and modifying new techniques to meet demands and overcome challenges to allow the company to grow and become a leader in the industry.
Tovar holds a construction certification from the Florida Department of Education. He is well recognized in the industry for his commitment to customer services and the quality of his projects. He oversees critical relationships with sub-contractors and vendors which allows the company to be on budget. Tovar is committed to lead the production force to ensure our customers’ dreams become reality.
Carlos Valera's Bio
Carlos Valera is an entrepreneur and South Florida resident since 2000. He has been involved in the construction industry for more than 15 years and is currently the President of TVC Construction located in Miami, Florida.
Valera holds a State Certified General Contractor License and Real Estate Broker License and a contractor certification from the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI). With many years of experience in the business, he has consistently exceeded his clients’ expectations in customer service and has excelled in business.
He started working in the construction industry creating concrete structures for residential and commercial projects. Some of his projects included Dave & Buster’s (Dolphin Mall), Nordstrom (Coral Gables), and Bloomingdales (Orlando). In 2002, Varela was given an opportunity to work with Venus Construction in New York, where he specialized in wood and metal framing. Two years later, he moved back to Florida to work with OAK Construction renovating various Publix Supermarkets in the area.
It was at the end of 2005 when he founded his first construction company Valpaz Construction offering concrete structure, framing, and flooring Services in South Florida.
