After getting an Associate degree in Building Construction Technology from Ferris
State University in 1988, Robert Moelker started gaining experience in the construction industry
by working as a framing subcontractor for 8 years. In 1997, he started to take on the
General Contracting responsibilities and now has over 24 years of experience in
new homes and renovations.

Today we focus on custom cabinetry and trim work and value the hands-on
approach to maintain the attention to detail and limit warranty call backs. We like
to get it right the first time and focus on customer satisfaction and maintaining a
home’s value and function for many years.

We also value our long standing relationships with our subcontractors to deliver
timely and consistent quality while demonstrating integrity throughout the
building process
