New-Line was founded in Poulsbo, WA. Clayton Hallum, Owner, is a 3rd-generation asphalt contractor. Taught by one of the most reputable asphalt contractors in the Central Valley of California. Carrying the same passion for asphalt, New-Line was started to provide Asphalt services to the Puget Sound area.  B

Asphalt surfaces require ongoing maintenance in order to protect the asphalt and to prolong the life of pavement. We approach projects with the idea in mind that its not a one-time service, it is a lasting relationship that will carry on for decades.
