In November 2018, Donny Perez joined River City Bolt & Screw as Co-Partner and Vice President of the Company. Donny has 25 plus years in the fastener and tool business.

River City Bolt & Screw opened its doors in April 2018 by Ray Hegwer.  With over 40 years experience in construction and industrial tool sales, Ray saw the need for a fastener distributor in San Antonio. 

River City Bolt & Screw is managed by Lucian DeBow who has over 30 years of experience in the fastener business
