Foundational Builders Corp. is a no nonsense General Contractor.  When you hire FB Corp. to develop your project you are hiring a group of high octane individuals that will drive your project to the finish line.  We do what needs to be done to get the job done. It is that simple.  You will never hear Foundational Builders Corp. discuss their competition because we feel we don't have any.  We will bid and compete with any General Contractor out there and we bid to win ! 

Pre-Construction

• We have enough experience to know that the Blue Prints the architect and engineers built are not perfect.  When you hire us for Pre-Construction you allow ample time for our team to cross check every set of drawings.   " Architectural drawings show a 10ft' ceiling height and the Mechanical show a 9'ft ceiling height, which one is correct ? "   When you hire us early you allow us to get ALL the RFI's and information we need early.   As a General Contractor, under contract, we are tied to a schedule and what drives that schedule is the architects and engineers getting us the information we need to deliver it to the field.    
• Hiring us for Pre-Construction allows for us to see if the building is over engineered.  Perhaps there is opportunity to save the owner money.  No owner never complained about the opportunity to save money.  

Estimating

• We bid your project per plan. We have bid enough projects to develop a cost data base, which is current with todays economic material and labor prices. We bid a project that is fair for both the owner and the General Contractor, but yet doesn't jeopardize schedule, budget and ,of course, execution.

Construction Management

When you hire us to run your project you are basically hiring a coach to run your football team. That means we have to get all the subcontractors (players) to buy into the system. If we run into a few subcontractors that are not team players, we won't use them. Its that simple.  When you hire Foundational Builders Corp. you hire a group of no-nonsense professionals.
