Frank Rodgers has been specializing in residential design and
construction since 1984. He takes personal interest in each client's
vision, turning their ideas and dreams into reality from schematic
design to project completion.
Frank has earned his Certified Graduate Remodelor (CGR) designation.
This prestigious certification is based on nationally defined criteria
for experience and adherence to prescribed business standards
pertaining to the remodeling industry. He also maintains a Certified
Aging in Place (CAPS) designation. This nationally recognized
certification educates the professional on the latest products and
designs for the person with special needs and the aging in place
market. Both designations, along with his State Certified Building
Contractor license, require continuing education to keep in good
standing with state and national requirements. Frank is a Certified
Green Professional (CGP). This designation recognizes builders,
remodelors and other industry professionals who incorporate green
building principles into homes without driving up the cost of
construction. Frank is a member of the National Association of Home
Builders, has served on the Board of Directors for the Northeast
Florida Builders Association and as chairman of The Remodelors Council.
