  JBX Developers, LLC is proposing to develop a 175-room, 8 story mid-scale hotel on a 14,931-square-foot (0.34 acre) site located at 49 Revere Beach Boulevard in Revere, Massachusetts. The site is also located less than one-quarter of a mile south of the Revere Beach MBTA station, which serves the Blue Line. The proposed hotel would include two below grade parking levels and a restaurant at street level.   The site is three miles from Boston’s Logan International Airport, and three fourths of a mile, east of Route 1A, the primary airport access corridor from points north.
