Our Story

 ICE General Builder Inc. is a very well-established Los Angeles based construction company with a successful track record of performing even the most demanding construction projects. With experience of over 30 years in this field, we are well-equipped and prepared for handling any Framing, Concrete and Foundation project within stipulated time-period and budget. We are a fully licensed B- General Building & C-8 Concrete Contractor, insured & bonded in the State of California. We have extensive experience in the field, handling the construction of various types of developments including Commercial - TI, Healthcare, Educational facilities, Public works, residential projects, working with contractors as subs to bring each individual’s vision of their projects to high-quality completion. Foundation projects include foundation retrofitting, new foundation installation, hillside foundations & tough hand excavations, caissons, soldier piles, shoring systems, piles, grade beams, under-pinnings/ pads, all structural concrete, podium decks, retaining walls and footings. Hardscape projects include concrete driveways, custom stonework, custom brickwork, colored concrete, pool coping, among other flat work.
