Legend Custom Homes

Legend Custom Homes was established by Jon Krousie in 2008.  Legend builds new homes and does extensive remodeling in the Lake Ponderosa, Benton County and Cedar Rapids Metro areas.

Prior to establishing Legend, Jon had more than a decade of experience with two reputable custom home builders in managing the custom home building process.

Jon contributes a wealth of hands on building knowledge, and has solid relationships with local subcontractors and suppliers as well as ties to the local real estate community.

Jon enjoys working directly with his clients; he has high expectations for each Legend home and is heavily involved in each project from start to finish.
