Andrew Livingstone's Bio
As executive managing director, Andrew Livingstone leads the Greystar® Property Management Services business, which includes overseeing the operation of the company’s owned and managed portfolios in the United States and abroad. He also oversees the Greystar support services team, which provides support to our real estate operations and other business units. As a member of the company’s executive committee, Andrew has played a prominent role in establishing our long-term strategic direction, and is helping position the company as a premier real estate services firm and a leader in the multifamily housing industry.
In 2007, Andrew was promoted to the executive committee and led the reorganization of the company’s real estate operations and support services. The multiyear process helped position these teams to support the company’s growth as it became the largest operator of apartment communities in the US. During this time, Andrew played key roles in the company’s growth, leading integration efforts following the acquisition of JPI Property Management Company in 2009, and the Archon and Glacier portfolios in 2010. Andrew subsequently oversaw the integration of Riverstone Residential Group following the 2014 acquisition, which nearly doubled the size of the company’s US presence. Most recently, he led the establishment of Greystar real estate operations in the United Kingdom, Netherlands, and Mexico to support the company’s growing international portfolio.
Before becoming executive managing director, Andrew held several other leadership positions within Greystar, including executive director and southeast regional partner. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of South Florida, and is a licensed CPA and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Andrew also holds the CAM designation from the National Apartment Association, along with a Florida state real estate license. He is a frequent speaker at industry-related events.
Bill Maddux's Bio
Bill Maddux is an executive managing director of Greystar® Real Estate Partners, LLC and serves as a member of the Greystar Investment Committee, Operating Committee, and Board of Directors. He is responsible for the management oversight of the company’s regional operating businesses and service operations, and is integral in implementing executional standards and growth initiatives across the platform.
Prior to joining Greystar in 1999, Bill held numerous positions with the Trammell Crow Company including chief operating officer for the eastern United States, where he oversaw full-service operations in 15 cities, and was a member of the company’s executive committee.
After attending the University of Oklahoma, Bill began his career as a leasing agent in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma with the Trammell Crow Company. Bill and his family reside in Charleston, South Carolina.
Bob Faith's Bio
As founder, chairman, and CEO of Greystar®, Bob leads the Greystar Investment Committee, Operating Committee, and Board of Directors. He is responsible for the strategic planning and growth of the company, and maintains oversight over all aspects of Greystar, working closely with business leaders across the platform while emphasizing the Greystar Pillars of Excellence: People, Customer Satisfaction, Operational Excellence, Profitability, Growth, and Community. Bob believes that the company’s commitment to an evergreen business strategy allows Greystar to mitigate cyclicality, thereby helping to attract and retain the best talent in the industry and provide attractive career growth potential to all employees.
After receiving a bachelor of science degree in petroleum engineering from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Harvard Business School, Bob began his real estate career with the Trammell Crow Company and served as a partner in the Charlotte, North Carolina office. In 1991, he co-founded Starwood Capital Partners, LP, a private investment company. In 1993, Bob founded Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC in Houston, Texas. From February 1996 to December 1997, he founded and served as CEO of Homegate Hospitality, Inc. Bob also served from December 2002 until February 2006 as the South Carolina Secretary of Commerce.
Bob is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, the Pension Real Estate Association, and the Urban Land Institute. Bob and his family reside in Charleston, South Carolina.

Dave Denslow's Bio
Dave Denslow is managing director for Greystar, and oversees all aspects of maintenance operations, education, supervision, and purchasing for Greystar Real Estate Partners. Active in the multifamily industry since 1998, Dave joined Greystar in 2014 through the acquisition of Riverstone Residential Group. He holds extensive experience with building maintenance, construction supervision, asset renovations, training, due diligence, budgeting and finances, and contract negotiations. Over the course of his career at Riverstone and Greystar, he has served in a variety of roles including regional maintenance manager, director of maintenance education, and vice president of maintenance operations. He has been instrumental in growing the construction management services group to its current size and scope. Today, the team oversees more than $ 180 million of capital projects and unit renovations annually. He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Michigan State University, and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Detroit Mercy. He also served as a committee member on the former Green Task Force for the National Apartment Association.
Derek Ramsey's Bio
Derek is an executive managing director of Greystar® Real Estate Partners, LLC and serves as a member of the Greystar Investment Committee, Operating Committee, and Board of Directors. He has management oversight and responsibility for all financial functions and capital resources of the company including corporate and project finance, accounting, reporting, and risk management.
Prior to joining Greystar in 1997, Derek was an analyst with Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. in the corporate finance/investment banking division, where he played an integral role in over $500 million of equity, debt, and merger-and-acquisition transactions.
Derek is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a bachelor of business administration in finance, and is a member of the Urban Land Institute. Derek and his family reside in Charleston, South Carolina.
Marti Burrows's Bio
Marti Burrows is managing director of real estate for Greystar, with oversight of the real estate services division. She serves as a liaison to support and guide operational excellence on all Greystar owned assets in partnership with the company's investment and property management leadership. In addition to support of the Greystar owned portfolio, Marti leads several national initiatives to maximize operational performance for Greystar Management Services. Prior to joining Greystar in 2015, Marti was vice president of asset management for Prudential Real Estate Investors, where she oversaw approximately $ 5 billion in multifamily assets across the United States. Marti has served on the advisory board for the Greystar Women in Asset Management group; she is on the NAA executive forum as well as the advisory board for the association's Maximize Multifamily Asset Management Conference, where she is also a panel speaker and moderator. Marti holds a CPM® designation through IREM, and is a graduate of Transylvania University.
Michelle Wilson's Bio
Michelle Wilson is managing director of real estate for Greystar, and oversees the national student living platform. Active in the multifamily industry since 1991, Michelle possesses a strong skill set in financial management, variance analysis, strategic business planning, and building strong operational teams. Michelle has experience in student, conventional, senior living, predevelopment, renovations, and lease ups. Michelle joined Greystar in 2008 as part of the company’s acquisition of JPI, where she’d been a member of the management team since 2006. Prior to that, she held a seven-year tenure at Colonial Properties Trust including serving as regional vice president, as well as spending seven years with Archstone-Smith. Her multiple Greystar performance awards include Regional Manager of the Year and Pillars for Profitability, and she is continually recognized by her peers as a strong leader with a wide array of industry experience, including roles as a regional trainer and assistant vice present of marketing, sales, and operations. Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Central Oklahoma.
Perry Pound's Bio
Perry Pound serves as managing director of development for Los Angeles County and is responsible for more than $1 billion of multifamily development at Greystar. Prior to joining Greystar in 2011, Perry led the Southern California acquisition and development efforts for Alliance Residential, JPI, BRE Properties, and The Olson Company, for a total investment of more than $1 billion. He received a master's degree in international finance from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, completing his second year in real estate finance and development at Harvard Business School. He received his bachelor of arts degree, cum laude, from Pepperdine University, where he served as student body president. Perry is currently a mentor for real estate technology accelerator Moderne Ventures, a lecturer at Pepperdine Business School, and a member of the Urban Land Institute, the National Multifamily Housing Council, and the Los Angeles World Affairs Council.
Russell Whitworth's Bio
Russell Whitworth is a managing director of development for Greystar Development and Construction Services, with responsibility for coordinating and developing Greystar owned projects and third-party multifamily developments in the Northeast region. Prior to joining Greystar in 2010, Russell was managing partner and co-founder of Cornerstone Development, where he was responsible for all aspects of multifamily development projects within the Mid-Atlantic region. During the course of his career, Russell has completed more than $1 billion in multifamily development and construction projects in the Washington, DC area. He began his real estate career in 1993 in Chicago at Turner Construction Company and has also served as development manager at Post Properties. Russell holds a bachelor of science degree from Arizona State University and attended Johns Hopkins University for post-graduate coursework in real estate and finance.
Valerie Fertitta's Bio
Valerie Fertitta is managing director of real estate for Greystar with responsibility for the Midwest region, where she oversees operations in Chicago, Indianapolis, Kansas City and St. Louis. Valerie joined Greystar in 2009 as part of the company’s acquisition of JPI where she had worked since 2001. Prior to her current role, she worked in a several national markets, progressing from regional property manager in the west to senior director of real estate in Chicago. Valerie’s experience includes luxury lease-ups from predevelopment to stabilization, as well as large renovation projects from acquisition to successful repositioning. She has overseen a variety of product types including garden, mid-rise, high-rise, and mixed-use; her general expertise includes maximizing revenue and increasing asset value, facilitating smooth property acquisitions, and retaining the industry’s top talent. Valerie is an active member of the Chicagoland Apartment Association (CAA) and is the 2018 Secretary for the CAA Executive Board of Directors.

Candiss Escobar's Bio
Candiss Escobar is senior director of real estate for Greystar in Austin and San Antonio, Texas. Active in the multifamily industry since 1985, she joined Greystar in 2008. Candiss currently oversees and leads the execution of the company’s Overture active adult property operations strategy and daily business operations across the nation. Previously she oversaw five regional property managers and the regional marketing team for Central-West. Prior to that, she worked with Archstone as a senior regional manager in multiple markets in Texas, Arizona, and Louisiana. Her knowledge spans a variety of multifamily asset types and investment strategies, including full rehabs, repositioning communities, lease ups, new construction, mid-rise, high-rise, and mixed-use. Candiss has expertise in several markets across the country and specializes in assessing underperforming assets and executing improvement strategies while providing world-class customer service. She has extensive knowledge working within a REIT environment as well as in the private sector, and is proficient in YieldStar, Yardi, MRI, and OneSite. She also holds the Institute of Real Estate Management CPM® designation, as well as the CAM and CAPS designations from the National Apartment Association. Candiss has served as a board member of the Austin Apartment Association, and as a member of Commercial Real Estate Women. She received the Austin Greystar Regional Property Manager of the Year award, and was awarded Austin Apartment Association Property Supervisor of the Year as well. Candiss currently serves on the Greystar Property Management Operations Committee.
Gary Crane's Bio
Gary is the executive director of real estate services for the Eastern United States. Prior to joining Greystar in October 2001, Gary was a Principal with Trammell Crow Company for 13 years where he held numerous leadership roles. Most recently, Gary was responsible for all institutional services for Trammell Crow Company throughout the State of Florida for investment sales, property management and project leasing. Gary's real estate portfolio in Florida consisted of 35 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and corporate facilities in the six major metropolitan markets. The institutional service business generated in excess of $22 million in gross revenues with the support of 197 real estate professionals. Prior to holding this position, Gary was responsible for overseeing Trammell Crow Company’s South Florida services business, which enjoyed a minimum of 30% growth in portfolio size and net revenues. Gary joined Trammell Crow Company in 1989 as a senior property manager after spending three years as a multi-family property manager in South Florida for a local services firm. Gary holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Jacksonville University. Gary is a past President of BOMA of South Florida and holds a RPA designation, a member of NAIOP and a Florida Real Estate Broker.
Jackie Rhone's Bio
Jackie Rhone is currently serving as executive director of real estate and oversees the real estate strategic services group that has reporting responsibilities for the Greystar owned portfolio, domestically and internationally. This includes stabilized assets, new construction and value add opportunities (31,000 units) in 19 states and 5,500 units in Europe. Since joining Greystar in 2001, Jackie has expanded her experience in evaluating asset performance and is responsible for leading the Property Management Operations Committee within Greystar that drives operational excellence throughout the company. Jackie attended Sam Houston State University and holds both the certified property manager (CPM®) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management as well as the certified apartment property supervisor (CAPS) designation from the National Apartment Association. She is a previous recipient of the Houston Apartment Association Industry Achievement Award for both the property supervisor of the year as well as the owner/management executive of the year, and the prestigious Frank P. Finch presidential award from the Texas Apartment Association. Jackie is a board member of the Houston Apartment Association and serves as the immediate past president; additionally, she serves on the executive committee of the Texas Apartment Association, where she is president-elect. Jackie has more than 25 years of experience in the multifamily industry.
Katie Morris's Bio
Katie Morris is a director of asset management for Greystar Development and Construction Services, with responsibility for the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area. She also provides support for the company’s Central region, including the Houston, Atlanta, and Chicago metro areas. Active in the multifamily industry since 2009, she joined Greystar full time in 2011 as an operations and financial analyst in the property management business, assisting with due diligence efforts, management takeovers, and budget support. After briefly leaving Greystar to expand her skills in development and property management, she returned to the company in 2016 as an associate with the asset management team, supporting the Central region on new construction, lease-up, and disposition projects. Katie holds a bachelor of business administration degree in finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
Mike Clow's Bio
Mike Clow is the executive director of real estate operations of the western United States for Greystar. His portfolio includes Washington, Oregon, California, Hawaii, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Idaho, and North Dakota. Mike has been active in the multifamily industry since 1989. Prior to joining Greystar in 2008, Mike was a principal with Gray Clow Residential, where he developed, managed, and sold over 7,500 units. Before that, he was division vice president of BRE Properties, a broker with CBRE, and a regional manager with Evans Withycombe. Mike holds a bachelor of science in management and an MBA from Arizona State University. He serves as treasurer of the National Apartment Association and board member for the Arizona Multihousing Association. Mike holds a CPM® designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and an active real estate broker's license in Arizona.
Robert Morgan's Bio
Robert Morgan is a director of development for Greystar Development and Construction Services; he oversees development in the company’s Southeast region, with a focus on the Carolinas. Since joining Greystar in 2012, he has also handled asset management for the company’s investment and development groups. Active in the multifamily industry since 2004, Robert has also served as a vice president of development for Carlisle Development Group and as a managing director for Trammell Crow Residential (TCR). He holds a master of science degree in real estate development and a master’s degree in architecture from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and a bachelor of science degree from Clemson University. He currently serves as treasurer of the Clemson Architectural Foundation and chair of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) South Carolina District Council; he is also a member of the ULI Multifamily Product Council Blue Flight.
Stacy Hunt's Bio
As executive director, Stacy is responsible for national client relations and new business pursuits for Greystar Management Services. He is a leader of the management company executive committee and serves on the operating committee for Greystar Real Estate Partners.
Stacy helped build the firm's management group presence through the opening of regional offices in Arizona, Florida, and additional offices in Texas. Prior to joining the Greystar predecessor Greystone in 1982, he served as first vice president of United Savings Association of Texas. He received a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Texas. During his tenure with Greystar, Stacy has served our industry in numerous leadership capabilities, including president of the Houston Apartment Association, president of the Texas Apartment Association, and as a member of the joint legislative committee for the National Multifamily Housing Council and National Apartment Association. Stacy is a licensed Texas real estate broker. He and his family reside in Houston, Texas.
Tim Sedgwick's Bio
Tim Sedgwick is a senior director of asset management for Greystar Development and Construction Services, with responsibility for Greystar developed assets in the Northeast and Southeast regions. Tim has been active in the multifamily industry since 1997; before joining Greystar in 2011, he served in various roles for companies including Archon Group and JPI. His experience includes a deep knowledge base in the acquisition of value-add properties and portfolios, development underwriting, dispositions, lease ups, and asset management of large portfolios in markets all over the United States. Tim holds a bachelor of science degree in economics from Texas A&M University.
Toni Reeves's Bio
Toni Reeves is one of the three executive directors responsible for Greystar real estate operations in the US, with oversight throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and the Midwest. Additionally, she oversees the US student living platform, as well as the Greystar construction services and maintenance support groups. In addition to operations, Toni is also responsible for corporate profit-and-loss performance for the business lines within her oversight. Throughout her tenure at Greystar, Toni has partnered with key clients on development, design, value-add strategies, and operational enhancements. Toni has been active in the multifamily industry since 1995, when she began as an on-site leasing professional and started developing experience in all on-site positions, which led to her first regional property manager assignment in 2000. Toni earned her bachelor of science degree from Quincy University, and has served on the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas Board of Directors.
Finance & Accounting
Cliff Nash's Bio
Cliff Nash is senior managing director of finance for Greystar, where he oversees the sourcing, structuring, negotiation, and closing of asset-level financing and equity joint ventures for the company’s US development projects. His team is also responsible for transaction risk mitigation and relationship management with the company’s debt providers. Cliff joined Greystar in 2002, and during his tenure he lead the centralized finance function for the company’s development expansion into Mexico, the UK, and the Netherlands. Prior to joining Greystar, Cliff was an analyst at Enron, where he focused on natural gas and electricity derivatives, as well as energy procurement transactions with Fortune 500 clients such as Eli Lilly and Starwood Hotels. Cliff holds a bachelor of business administration degree in finance from Texas A&M University. He is a member of the Greystar Development Group Leadership Committee and the Urban Land Institute.
