Castleberry Park by Bolton Atlanta LP is a mixed-use urban complex located in prime downtown Atlanta.
Adjacent to the $1.6-billion Mercedez-Benz Stadium and the historical Castleberry Hill district, this 2.4-acre project carries high commercial and social value.
The complex consists of an 11-story Hard Rock upscale hotel with 150 hotel rooms and three 6-to-7-story apartment buildings, a centralized parking lot with 375+ parking spaces, parks, lawns, and retail stores.
