Scope Of Work
The project involved interior demolition and finish-out of 3,251 SF lease space in an existing shopping center to accommodate a new CiCi’s Pizza restaurant. This was a new prototype store for CiCi’s and was the first one of this design to be constructed. New features for this prototype included custom printed prelaminated panels along the serving line, custom solid-surface counter tops at the serving line, and an exposed double wall spiral duct system. The completed restaurant includes two front entries, a display kitchen, a serving area, a dining area with seating for 98 customers, a small game room, a beverage station, prep kitchen, dish area, order area, cooler, and men’s and women’s restrooms. Our scope of work included interior demolition, concrete, saw cutting, miscellaneous steel, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, fixture installation, roofing, doors frames & hardware, windows/glass/glazing, drywall/framing/acoustical, ceramic/stone flooring, resilient flooring/base, painting & wall covering, plumbing, HVAC, air balance, electrical, and light package. The project was completed in 8-weeks, ending in mid-December 2016.
