Welcome to SCI Infrastructure, LLC. Established in 1951, the firm's name was changed in 2001 from Scoccolo Construction, Inc. to SCI Infrastructure, LLC when the Founder, Armondo Scoccolo, transferred operations to his sons, Mark and Patrick. SCI Infrastructure, LLC provides heavy civil site-work and road construction for both private and public projects throughout all of Washington State and the Pacific Northwest.
