SECURA Insurance – New Office Buildout
Built: Spring/Summer 2015
Rebuild existing 25,000sf empty dirt floor retail space into the most elegant office space in town. Acting as General Contractor, Blue Sky worked with tenant and their architect to transform their unique and beautiful vision into reality.
Notable: Continual design improvement, underfloor computer power/data trenches, 180 person Emergency Storm Shelter, relaxing/entertainment patio with trellises and colored concrete, one-of-a-kind/very upscale designer touches, wood wallcovering, EXTREME finish schedule, HAPPY customer.
