Fox Valley Lutheran High School – Mechanical Arts / Loading Dock / Garage / Restrooms Addition & Mezzanine Construction
Design-Build school addition for expanded curriculum and building functionality. Site work, structural, mechanical, electrical, sprinkler, finishes, and egress changes needed for improvements on both levels of the building. Budget and schedule were both challenges with variety of scope and the amount of items being added in one area. Worked closely with staff to ensure everyone’s needs were met on time.
