Blaine started with Clear Comms in 2013 and is now the Director of Operations. He has a degree in Networking along with a number of certifications in the related field. While earning his degree at Reinhardt University, he played four years of college baseball. He is proud to be a part of the Clear Comms team and looks forward to continuous growth and education.

Jonathan Labadie is the Chief Operations Officer for Clear Comms. He has been involved with the technology field for the last 10 years. During this time he has worn many hats, working in advertising, graphic design, sales, and operational management. His technical expertise includes certifications in Spidercloud, Fiber Optics, Ubiquiti Routing and Switching, Distributed Antenna Systems, Operational Management, and ICT Design. In his spare time he enjoys riding his motorcycle with his wife, Brittany, in the Northeast Georgia Mountains.

Robert got his start in the industry while serving in the United States Air Force. During his 8 years of service, he was in charge of Wideband Communications and Equipment. After his service in the USAF, he became an entrepreneur in the wireless industry and has since gained 30+ years of experience in wireless communications and technology. Throughout this time he has successfully implemented his skill set and knowledge base with the running of multiple businesses focused on the wireless industry.

Eli is a passionate lead technician for Clear Comms and has been with us since early 2016. Eli spends his free time with his son Roy and enjoying the perks of living near the North Georgia mountains. With multiple certifications in Fiber Optics and Radio Frequency ranging between companies such as FIS, Anritsu, Commscope, JMA and Kaelus, we see that his passion for continuous education in the innovative world of wireless technology makes Eli an effective leader both on and off the field.

Steven Hartwell is the Sales Manager and provides Design and Implementation Support for Low Voltage Projects for Clear Comms. Steven served in the US Army as a Signal System Support Specialist and was honorably discharged in 2013. He has 10 years of experience in low voltage cabling, installation, and certification, both in and out of the military. He is certified in Fiber Optics, PIM, and Line Sweeping. He currently lives in Gainesville, GA with his girlfriend Katy.
