Scope Of Work
Avila Engineering & Construction is developing this project. Envelope will be use Quad-Lock ICF Construction Solution making the residence and resilient and energy efficient Gold LEED.
Drawings were approved by the Miami-Dade building permit dept without any issues and we are just awaiting for the other permits approval.
It is estimated to complete this house in 5 months. In July we will kick off the project.
