General Electric’s Appliance Park opened in Louisville, KY in 1951 on the 1,000-acre manufacturing facility that eventually employed 25,000 full-time employees.
From design to production to service, their goal is to help people improve their lives at home this manufacturing takes place in Louisville’s very own Appliance Park.
From self-cleaning ranges to ice water dispensers, to speedcook ovens refrigerators that make coffee, GE Appliances has electrified modernized life for more than 125 years with a legacy of invention.
