John Hinshaw has been a projectmanager/operations manager in the construction industry for over 20 years, traveling the country managing numerous construction projects from hundred-million dollar sports venues to luxury apartment complexes. John has an uncanny ability to formulate a team and maximize their strengths, which in turn allows him to give our owners the best possible teams for their projects. He currently serves as Calhoun’s President with a workforce of over 125 employees spread over more than 15 projects and totaling more than $100 million dollars of work in progress.
Kurt has more than 18 years of commercial andindustrial contracting experience with just under a billion dollars in bidding and management experience. Kurt has bid and managed a diverse resume of projects from restaurants and retail spaces to office buildings and power plants. He is able to create comprehensive estimates for our owners that offer real numbers, but also allows him to identify certain elements that can provide significant savings without sacrificing the design.
Mike has more than a billion dollars in projectexperience in industries including healthcare, manufacturing, sports, hospitality and industrial facilities. Mike is well-versed in the management of self-perform work, the pre-construction process with architects and owners representatives, and the renovation and expansion of existing operating facilities. Mike’s aptitude in financial managementmakes him an invaluable member of the Calhoun team and a major asset to clients.
