Scope Of Work
After the building structure was destroyed by a fire, Straus Carpets needed a pre-engineered metal facility, starting with slab and foundation. The project location, set alongside existing buildings, required underpinning during excavation of unsuitable soil and replacement with appropriate fill. Fast track completion allowed for the client to be moved in less than ten months after project kick off.
