Scope Of Work
JP Morgan Chase awarded Teamwrkx Construction a portion of its Northern California branch rebranding program, each location featuring substantial remodeling while in full operation. Fast track, around the clock service in close collaboration with the architects, city inspectors, construction and branch managers produced exceptional results, with locations from San Francisco to San Jose coming in under budget and ahead of schedule.
With an accelerated schedule, the project team worked closely with the out of state construction manager and architect to reconfigure the cafe inspired Washington Mutual locations into a more traditional teller-based banking experience. From plumbing, HVAC, electrical improvements and extensive millwork packages, to standard Chase facade rebranding, each branch required a dedicated, communication-driven team to ensure that the open branch remodels would be completed successfully.
