Scope Of Work
A strict six week construction deadline was required by the owner for this warm shell project. Completed space allowed for ample offices, workstations, and conference facilities to serve the new Actify headquarters. The actual four week completion date allowed for landlord to realize rental income two weeks earlier than scheduled.
