Larry’s professional experience includes Office, Healthcare, Hospitality, Industrial, Retail and Institutional market projects. Larry is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Design Art Architecture and Planning, and has been a managing owner and leader for multiple successful design and construction companies over the past 20 years.

Rob has over 30 years of comprehensive experience in supervising field operations, pre-construction services, estimating, and construction scheduling. His ability to manage challenging projects and construction schedules through collaboration with the client, architects, engineers, and subcontractors allows our clients to continue operating their business with minimal interruption and streamlined delivery dates. Rob’s broad range of managing projects in challenging environments include small and large-scale projects ranging from $500,000 to $17,000,000 throughout multiple states and Canada.

Mark Hennessey's Bio
Mark is well-seasoned commercial construction professional who brings an owner’s perspective to every construction project he builds. Prior to joining North Shore Construction and Development, he managed all construction operations for Duke Realty in the state of Ohio for nine years, and in the Cincinnati market for over seventeen years. The vast majority of those projects were constructed as “long term holds” for Duke’s massive Ohio portfolio.
In his 21-year tenure with Duke, Mark was responsible for the Development Services, Preconstruction, and Operations groups that constructed nearly 20 million square feet of bulk industrial product. He had overall responsibility for the construction and renovation of an office/medical portfolio exceeding 3.5 million square feet, and he managed the design and construction of nearly one million square feet of retail construction projects for joint venture and third-party clients.
His dedication to complete customer satisfaction contributed to relationships with many repeat clients including customers like Amazon, General Electric, General Motors, National College, Lowes, TriHealth, and more.

Michael’s resume includes responsibilities as a Development Manager, Project Executive, and Site Superintendent. Pairing these experiences with his financial background, Michael is in a unique position to bring detailed insight and big-picture direction to all phases of a project. His construction portfolio includes an assortment of project types - mass retail, banking, and rebranding rollouts across the Eastern United States and Texas; restaurants, breweries, food-grade processing, and university facilities – and his development experience spans from single-tenant net-lease projects to large-scale site developments. Michael’s projects have ranged from $5,000 to $18,000,000.

Jeff Doering's Bio
Jeff has over 20 years of experience in the design of commercial building projects. Jeff is a seasoned designer, and he bridges the gap between a client’s vision and needs, and the technical detailing and documentation necessary to delivery that vision. He is a rare designer that understands the art of architecture as well as the science of engineering.
Jeff has led projects ranging from just a few thousand dollars to in excess of $20,000,000 and he has experience across multiple markets, and multiple types of construction. Jeff has experience with wood framing, cold form metal framing, conventional steel frame, pre-engineered metal building systems, insulated concrete forms (ICF), load-bearing masonry, and tilt-up concrete construction.
Jeff has a degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from the University of Cincinnati, College of Applied Science. Jeff serves on the Board of Trustees for Western Wildlife Corridor, and is an active alternative transportation advocate for the Ohio River Trail West in Cincinnati.
Tricia Cartner's Bio
Tricia is a licensed architect who has been in the design industry for over 12 years. She began her career as a design professional in Memphis, TN. Upon relocating to Ohio in 2016, Tricia continued her career in the Cincinnati area.
Tricia has significant experience designing hospitality, multi-family residential, schools, small medical facilities and other commercial projects. Her professional strengths include space planning, construction detailing, construction documentation and project management. Tricia has worked with multiple construction types including wood framing systems, conventional steel, pre-engineered buildings, load bearing ICF and masonry systems.
Outside of architecture, Tricia gives back to her community by serving on the leadership team of Luke5Adventures, a Cincinnati based non-profit that specializes in hiking excursions for those with limited mobility. She also travels to Haiti to serve alongside SMI Haiti where they provide assistance to local villages through construction, education and medical care.
