Scope Of Work

This was an 8(a) project for Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Southwest Division at the Naval Air Station Lemoore for the demolition, renovation and upgrade of one 10-ton Chiller which included: the package base unit; cooler heater; micro channel; low sound; low ambient head pressure control; single point; wind baffle; isolation valves, pressure gauges, bypass valves, Chilled water storage tank; chemical water treatment unit, make-up water valves, pressure relief valve, and other accessories needed to operate the Chiller. Installation of the chiller water supply and return piping above the drop ceiling. Completion of the electrical work to connect the new chiller to the existing electrical supply panel. Installation of compressed air line(s) to be utilized by the new T-12 test stand and installation of chilled water supply and return lines from the chiller to T-12 test stand.
