Scope Of Work
This is a pier and beam foundation we did on the Peninsula with 40 piles ranging from 2 3/8" to 3 1/2" diameter. Loads per pile had ranges from only 2 kips up to 36. Each pile was capped with the patented Goliathtech adjustable hex to make elevation tuning easy for the builder to follow up with as well as an easy saddle change from 6 x 6 offsets to flat plates and everything else that could be required for each pier.
This was the desired foundation method as the access was steep and challenging to get equipment to.
