They are a family owned business and they take pride in what they do. I would and have already recommended them to my HOA Management Team.
Quality of the window was horrible it end up breaking on me. Had to take it apart and use one side of the window.
Replaced a broken panel in my kitchen window. Was done quickly and looks great.
Jeremy and Latoya were great to work with and completed the job quickly.
I went with this company because they were local and economical. They were quick to answer my initial call and send someone over for an estimate. But that's where the the customer service stopped. The quote I was told I would have that day I didn't get until the next day and only after I called twice. This resulted in a delay in ordering my replacement glass. I was promised the glass would only take three business days in production. At day five I had still heard nothing from Latoya at Miller Glass. After several unanswered phone calls to Latoya I called Jeremy and got thru. I finally got a call back from Latoya a bit later with an excuse about catching up on voice mails. The installer was on time, clean and efficient. I will not be using this company again. I would rather spend a little more and be assured that when someone says they will call, provide a timely estimate or keep me informed about production they will do what they say they will do.
This is a great company. The service was terrific and the price reasonable. The small window was replaced in a few hours. Joe Schmidt has great customer service. The owner Jeremy Miller is fortunate to have him.
had windows resealed and reinstalled - windows were extremely dirty - fingerprints all over glass, even though they said they were cleaned. Broke one window frame.
very fast efficient and courteous best service in Denver. They came did the estimate, scheduled the repair, were on time to complete the job, and cleaned up after themselves. I wish I had more broken windows ;)
Everyone I spoke with was polite and helpful. He even fixed some broken window cranks that I had for free since they just needed some new screws.
