Final cleaning performed includes cleaning of; doors, grilles, trim, casework, walls, all finished surfaces, floors, windows, electrical rooms, and more. Exterior cleaning includes but is not limited to; hose down of exterior structure, roof clean-up while interior includes all surfaces scrubbed and polished clean, spots and stains removed, floors waxed, carpets vacuumed and glass-cleaned glass inside and out. The service will include adequate staff of personnel with the necessary management expertise to assure performance of the work in accordance with efficient management practices.

Final Cleaning Solutions, Inc. will provide on-going value by efficiently managing the daily janitorial needs of a building based on the requirements of each building owner. FCS analyzes a building to determine areas where cost- efficient measures may be taken. Daily cleaning operations will be performed by FCS employees.

Labor and wages will be based upon the regional wage determinations provided by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment Standards.
