Toney Ricketts the president and founder of ZJ’s Enterprises Corporation have been in the construction industry for over 20 years. Before that, he started out as an accountant, and still enjoys accounting. But he had a passion for creativity in architecture, which led him to construction. His first major project was the construction of five hundred 2 & 3 bedroom units in a new housing development. Keen attention to details, regard for time (highly valued in construction), and insistence on quality workmanship, led to the award of a second contract for an additional one hundred 2 & 3 bedroom units in another development in the Caribbean. Mr. Ricketts understands the importance of reducing cost while maintaining outstanding quality. And he continued to apply those standards to the varying facets of construction that he has been involved in through the years. Those high standards have never been relaxed.

When ZJ’s Enterprises Corporation was founded in 2009, those same standards became cornerstone principles on which the company would build.

Our main objective is customer satisfaction, while maintaining a safe work environment for our staff. Even though we specialize in commercial construction, we also do all types of residential construction.
