General Builders, LLC offers design-build services to clients through trusted relationships with Architects and Engineers. This method gives the consumer the ability to contract with a single source from concept to completion. From the initial request a General Builders project manager is assigned and will work closely with the client and design professionals to assemble pricing that best reflects the clients budget.

The same project manager will assemble a team of subcontractor’s lead by one of our qualified site supervisors to insure the successful completion of the project. Design-build projects typically offer the client more control over the final product and budget. In addition, we are always conscious of our clients need to open their doors for business so adhering to the scheduled completion date is paramount.
