The organization behind TOMS Shoes wanted to expand its national retail presence and set up a flagship store in New York City.
As a first stand-alone retail store in New York, TOMS wanted to create a community-centric environment. Part coffee shop, part retail store, the new TOMS location offers sustainably sourced coffee as well as shoes and sunglasses that fulfill its One-for-One promise.
Atlas Builders was tasked in renovating the existing space and built new flooring, HVAC system, rear patio, new electrical and lighting, case work and trim. Atlas self-performed all rough and finish carpentry.
