Atlas converted a seven story town-house to a high-end health care facility that provides services to adults with substance abuse issues. The renovation project included new electrical & mechanical systems, modifying existing elevator shaft, building a new structural steel stair and high-end finishes. This during this fast-paced project, the Atlas team worked in tandem with the project architect to identify existing field conditions and work through the owner-generated scope changes.
