Steve’s 30 years of experience includes many phases of construction across an impressive number of industries including hospitality, large scale residential, retail, restaurants, commercial, industrial, offices, medical/hospital facilities, and pharmaceutical. He has worked in the United States and Africa and holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying.

Joe has numerous certifications and has over 35 years of construction experience. He also holds a NYC Project Superintendent’s license.

Joe has over 25 years of construction experience with various modalities of construction, and is also a NYC-licensed Project Superintendent.
