Scope Of Work
Columbus renovated a unique and challenging space in an elegant Powelton Village mansion into a new location of the famed Philadelphia brunch spot Sabrina’s Cafe. The location on Drexel’s campus features two commercial kitchens – one for Sabrina’s and one for sister eatery Spencers ETA Burger. Columbus fit out both spaces to reflect the funky atmosphere of the restaurant, while putting the fantastic architecture of the building front and center.
