Scope Of Work
Construction started with clearing land and implementing site environmental controls to protect a wetland area on the site. Work included installation of storm water control and site utility systems, improvements and paving for the county road down one side of the project, construction of a gymnasium, auditorium, administrative offices, and a 3-classroom building. The auditorium will seat 570, and will have a full theatrical stage. The main building for this project will contain the administrative offices, the media center, computer and technology labs, a broadcast room with a separate broadcast control room, business classrooms, and a full service cafeteria which will include a walk-in freezer and a walk-in refrigerator with an attached dining area that seats 362.
