Founded in 2013, ARS Aleut Construction, LLC (AAC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Aleut Corporation (TAC). TAC is one of the thirteen regional Native corporations that was established in 1972 under the terms of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA). Ultimately, we serve nearly 4,000 shareholders of the Aleut Nation indigenous to the Aleutian Islands. ARS Aleut Construction is an 8(a) certified, Small Disadvantaged Business providing general and civil construction, operational and maintenance installation facility support, logistics, information technology and application engineering professional services to government agencies such as the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, NASA, NOAA, GSA, and EPA. Together with our parent company, ARS International, LLC, our history includes 20 years of successfully executing contracts across the continental U.S. and abroad. AAC also provides innovative, cost effective, and safe environmental services to include site remediation, demolition projects, hazardous waste/radiological services, laboratory services, decontamination/demolition services, disaster response services and technical services. AAC’s professionals have successfully completed more than 250 projects worldwide for DOE, DOD, USACE, DHS, FEMA and private industry - approaching one million man-hours of remedial work in radiological environments.
