Scope Of Work
The Challenges
Although the Hobby Lobby White Lake project had a straightforward scope of work, including interior demolition, plumbing, framing, metal roofing, painting, flooring, etc. it was a fast-paced project. Mobilizing and coordinating all trades to complete the entire 54,000 SF remodel in just over two months was an ambitious undertaking.
Problems Solved
Snyder Construction prides itself on the great relationships we have with our Owners and Subcontractors. This point of pride was highlighted by the leadership and teamwork shown during this project. Our superintendent was conscientious of the project schedule and worked closely with the owner’s project manager to ensure the project was not only on schedule, but also up to the owner’s standards and while staying on budget.
