Langlas & Associates is a second generation family owned company established in 1973. We have district offices located in Billings, Bozeman, and Missoula, and have performed a variety of work throughout Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, North Dakota, Iowa, and California.

Honesty, integrity, pride in our work, and putting the needs of our project owners first are the core values on which we have built our business. As a result of these principles and our reputation of putting them into action, approximately 85% of our work is secured on a negotiated basis for repeat customers and referrals.

Langlas & Associates is well-versed at the team approach to building projects in a collaborative effort with Owners, Architects, and other professionals to produce successful projects that are on time and within budget. Our greatest success at doing so occurs when we are invited to get involved early in the process.

We will assist with planning, design, project estimates, budgeting, Value Engineering, and scheduling. All of which will be accomplished without losing site of the Owner’s needs of the best possible product at the best possible price.
