Dan brings nearly 20 years of domestic and international strategy, finance and management experience to his role as Chief Executive Officer, having worked with multinational corporations to oversee growth strategies, investments and corporate development, including completion of multimillion dollar mergers and acquisitions. Dan’s experience includes over $15 billion in total transaction value and the development of strategic finance and operational plans for companies in the construction, retail, and oil and gas industries. His previous experience includes work for the Carlyle Group implementing strategies to turnaround distressed investments. He also led the international strategy team for a large specialty chemical contractor and was a part of strategic corporate development with Home Depot. Dan joined Midas as its Chief Financial Officer in 2014, and was named Chief Executive Officer in 2017. In this role, he leads the development and execution of the company’s strategic vision and growth initiatives, serving to protect and strengthen the company’s vision, values and priorities.

Matt began his career working for a civil engineering firm that specialized in geotechnical and structural engineering, with a focus on the observation, testing, and inspection of mass grading at utility construction sites. He later worked for a national homebuilder and was responsible for more than $100 million in land development procurement and site management budgets. Matt joined Midas to help manage the company’s ongoing expansion, and was named its Chief Operations Officer in 2017.

Chris has nearly 10 years of experience in all phases of underground utility construction, including design, estimating and project management. Prior to joining Midas, Chris honed his expertise in business development before transitioning to construction, where he focused on underground utilities including natural gas, water, sewer, storm and other buried energy systems. As General Manager of the Flow Control division, Chris has full P&L responsibility for the nearly $9 million annual bypass division, including work for both municipal and industrial asset owners.

Hank has nearly 25 years of experience in the trenchless industry, having worked with both municipal and industrial clients in middle market and national industries throughout the east coast. Hank’s understanding of the industry has parlayed into highly profitable work utilizing a variety of products and strategic partners. He was named Vice President of Operations in 2017.

Mike joined Midas after a 30-year career with the WSSC, where he spent the last 13 years as a construction manager in the Systems Inspection Group overseeing $350 million in multi-year water and sewer contracts to support the Water Main Replacement and Consent Decree Programs. His vast knowledge of the internal workings and fiscal challenges of a utility municipality will help him in his role as Director of Business Development to expand Midas into new markets.
