Oscar Lugo the owner of Sigma Construction has had a passion for working with his hands since a very young age. After graduating from high school, Oscar pursued his dreams and gained experience in the commercial construction industry. He worked for a drywall and framing company while attending university part-time. His goal was to gain enough experience and capital to branch out and start his own company. Ten years later, Sigma Construction was born and Oscar received a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering from Texas A&M.

Sigma Construction specializes in  retail stores, restaurants, offices and general repairs. Sigma construction is structured with 3 main values in place; working closely with the client to insure that best possible results, always staying on scheduled, and professionalism in every aspect.
