Scope Of Work
TMG Health, a leading provider of service solutions for government-sponsored health plans, selected Blue Rock as its construction manager and design builder for a new 150,000-square-foot, three-story Class A office building in Jessup, PA.
Blue Rock coordinated the design, procurement and construction of this $21.1 million project on an aggressive timeline through the winter months in Northeast Pennsylvania.
In addition, Blue Rock managed all aspects of the Pennsylvania RACP financing requirements such as a regulated competitive bid process and prevailing wage and certified payroll documentation.
The new facility allows TMG Health to combine three local offices under one roof for over 1,200 employees. The facility features a full-service kitchen and cafeteria, data center, health room and fitness center, and an executive board room with a balcony that features a majestic mountaintop view.
In addition, the facility includes a “Center of Excellence” that features first-class multimedia and audio-visual equipment for presentations and training opportunities.
