1516 Construction

1516 Construction Services Llc. was established in April 2014 as a Texas limited liability corporation. CFO, CEO and founder Timothy Norris believed in utilizing technology to streamline and enhance customer service and business operations as a general contractor and construction company. This became 1516 Construction's competitive advantage in the industry.

1516 Construction implemented a strategic plan designed to increase its competitive edge, which included national expansion of business operations, talent acquisition, quality control and risk management programs, as well as the team approach to project management. This vision fueled the growth of 1516 Construction that today services a diverse clientele including most Fortune 500 retailers as well as national developers. In 2017, 1516 built and moved into their corporate headquarters located in southeast Houston.

1516 Construction has successfully procured licenses in 14 states and has expanded its portfolio to include not only retail but also light industrial, medical, hospitality, government and municipal projects.

1516 Construction was named after the verse in the book of Acts verse 15:16 "After this I will return and rebuild David’s fallen tent. Its ruins I will rebuild, and I will restore it".
