Eric leads an aggressive acquisition campaign strategically expanding the firm’s development pipeline and property holdings spanning mission critical, commercial, and residential property types. Eric Gormeley holds his New Jersey Broker’s license and graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a dual degree in Economics and Civil Engineering.

Frank has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. His accomplishments include projects for outstanding companies such as Lord & Taylor, Takasago, Florasynth, Liz Claiborne, New Jersey Institute of Technology, St. Michael’s Hospital, various municipalities, school districts and many more.

Goras directs the firm’s estimating and purchasing departments, previously holding construction management positions with Capodagli Property Co. and March Associates Construction. The Passaic Park resident, who holds a degree in business administration from Liberty University, has overseen the estimating and purchasing activities on behalf of dozens of large-scale commercial real estate projects ranging from $10 million to $120 million in total construction costs.

Amar received his Masters degree in Construction Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. Amar helps our Senior Project Executives with daily site operations and coordination. His focus on client satisfaction and open communication ensures that projects are executed with efficiency and professionalism. Mr. Khandve monitors every phase of the construction process, beginning with preconstruction, and works hands on with project executives and field operations to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and, often, under budget.

Jake is an experienced project manager and development analyst contributing to acquisition, construction management, and financial modeling efforts. Previously, he held a position as an owner’s representative for NYC funded healthcare projects where he oversaw program budgeting. He holds his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and is a licensed Real Estate Agent in New Jersey.

John Henry's responsibilities with Deugen Development include project management, project budgeting, bidding, scheduling and negotiating contracts with clients and subcontractors. John Henry also graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a dual degree in Economics and Civil Engineering.

Kishan is a skilled project manager with experience building residential, multi-family and industrial projects throughout New Jersey. Previously, he worked as a Project Manager for Meridia and Premier Developers where he managed scheduling, buyouts, and site coordination. At Deugen, Kishan draws from his past experiences to deliver projects on schedule and under budget.

Kristian brings experience from working on Residential Construction Projects throughout all 5 boroughs of NYC, and is currently a licensed broker-salesperson in New Jersey. He received his Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Masters Degree in Engineering Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. Kristian takes a hands-on approach to all of his projects and relationships by building trust through exceptional work and putting the needs of his clients above all else.

Lauren is the Deugen office administrator. She maintains the office and handles all the accounts payable. Lauren graduated from The University of Tampa with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. She has administrative, sales, marketing, and public relations experience prior to joining the Deugen team.

Marco Fiorenza is an experienced Carpenter by trade and project superintendent. He first got his start in the construction industry building custom houses in North Jersey at the age of 16. About four years later he dove deep into commercial construction, whilst attending Ramapo College of New Jersey, pursing his degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Management. During this time he specialized in high end renovations to country clubs all over the greater tristate area. Marco brings a very hands on management approach to Deugen Development projects, especially regarding problem solving in the field.

Matt is responsible for the acquisition, capitalization, design, and construction bidding. Matt graduated from the Stevens Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Construction Management. Prior to joining Deugen, Matt has worked for some of the leading engineering firms and real estate developers in the NYC metropolitan area. Matt is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, and is also a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New Jersey.

Nishu Patel serves as Director of Construction at Deugen Development, where his main focus is assuring seamless performance of all construction activities across all jobsite within the organization. All aspects related to the company’s growth and company’s needs being met while maintaining quality and schedule of work, vendor/sub-contractor and client relationships and service at the highest levels are Nishu’s Priorities.

Nishu joined Deugen Development in 2022 after almost two decades of a highly successful career in the various construction sectors where he held various managerial positions. His background is in engineering and management, finding engineering solutions and streamlining processes to achieve highest level of efficiencies. Nishu is now able to vertically integrate engineering and development experience from all aspects.

Nishu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and Master’s Degree in Construction Management. He is a former professional tennis player. Nishu volunteers at local math clubs, a husband and a father of two.

Stephen provides full-scale construction management services from pre-construction estimating to project closeout. He also assists in property and project development and acquisitions on both residential and commercial properties. Stephen brings an aggressive mindset and has experience in both design and construction throughout the New York metro area. Stephen received his Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering and his Master’s Degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. He is also a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of New Jersey.

As a member of Deugen’s project management team, Glavan is responsible for providing comprehensive full-lifecycle management services, from inception and preconstruction to project closeout, the firm said. Prior to joining Deugen, the Westwood resident was responsible for construction management of several multifamily buildings, projects for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and a range of community facilities. Glavan is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he earned a bachelor’s in civil engineering.

Eric Michaels is a licensed broker-salesperson in the state of NJ. He received his business degree in 1997 and he is a certified business consultant. Eric draws on both his business experience and his personal experience as an investor when assisting his clients in the commercial real estate market.
