We are able to further assist our clients in the construction management side of the work recognizing, pricing, and negotiation changes order, managing client communications and expectations, managing subcontractors, as well as other critical project aspect. Infinite designs and write site safety plans as well as provide various licensed safety profes- sionals from the NYC DOB, FDNY, BSP, and OSHA. Further Infinite employs a quality staff of estimators (site/civil/MEP), QA/QC Managers, and experienced schedulers fa- miliar with CPM scheduling using the P6 software as is required by most major clients, owners, and CM firms for construction projects.
