Scope Of Work
Cadence McShane Construction Company completed Veramendi and Voss Farms Elementary Schools, two 93,151-square-foot educational facilities located in New Braunfels, Texas. The two New Braunfels ISD prototype elementary schools were built concurrently.
Both elementary schools are one story with a brick and stone exterior and include 38 classrooms that achieve the standard for Texas Education Agency sized classrooms. Voss Farms Elementary and Veramendi Elementary feature a library, multipurpose labs, a gymnasium for student activities, a spacious dining area and a music room. Cadence McShane provided sitework on each facility including parking lots, basketball courts, playgrounds and detention and water quality ponds.
