Scope Of Work
KCS was able to integrate the historical district of north campus with what will become Northern Arizona University’s Science Complex — a gateway from the past to the future. This project began with the demolition of an existing 20,000 SF building followed by construction of the new 95,000 SF teaching and research laboratory. The project applies a program and design process initiated and administered by IDEO, a contemporary think tank. This project was completed in collaboration with Holder Construction.
