Brad C. Anderson's Bio
Brad C. Anderson is the President of Kensington Management, LLC. He joined Kensington Management in 2006 and his primary duties include all facets of leadership, management and operation of Kensington’s real estate portfolio. His current responsibilities also include development of strategic business plans, acquisition/disposition analysis and project management oversight.
Prior to Kensington, Brad has held various executive management positions with Hilton Hotels Corp., Silver Cloud Inns and Hotels, and The Hotel Group Inc over the past twenty-five years. Brad has had extensive multi-property experience as a Regional Operations Director with Silver Cloud Inns, The Hotel Group and Kensington Management. He has overseen the opening and major capital improvement projects of several hotels and commercial properties, and has acted as an asset manager for 12 midscale hotel properties overseeing new property openings and all capital budgets and improvements.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Washington State University from the School of Hospitality Business Management. The major pillar of his operating style is to increase revenue and asset values through identified efficiencies, savings, and revenue enhancement, while providing first class client service.
Michelle Jensen Session's Bio
Michelle Jensen Session is a principal at Kensington Investment Group, where she is primarily responsible for high level strategic planning and organizational development, as well as providing consult on the operations and human resources functions of Kensington Investment Group.
Prior to leading Kensington Investment Group, Michelle worked at the University of California, San Diego as the Equal Opportunity Compliance Specialist within the University Human Resources Department, providing high level analysis, University-wide program development and other equal opportunity and diversity management resources to over 20,000 staff employees. Michelle was recognized as a UC San Diego Diversity Champion in 2012 for her participation in the creation of the Culturally Competent Management Program and for her leadership as staff co-chair of the UC San Diego Advisory Council on the Status of Women. In a previous position with the UC San Diego Sustainability Solutions Institute, Michelle coordinated international research conferences in Venice, San Diego, Kyoto, and Cambridge, UK on the impacts of climate change on water availability in various regions of the world. She also contributed to program and organizational development, strategic planning, public relations and fundraising activities at Golden Care Academy, a nonprofit dedicated to providing vocational training to low income students who wished to enter the nursing field, and spent over five years working in hotels under the Loews Hotels and Intercontinental Hotel Group brands.
Michelle was born and raised in Pebble Beach, California and graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara. Her work philosophy has been consistently focused on communication, building bridges between different groups of people, and finding ways to create a dynamic environment where employees can come together to flourish.
Rebecca Maher's Bio
Rebecca Jensen is a principal at Kensington Investment Group, where she is primarily responsible for directing and managing all facets of property design, renovation and development. Based in San Francisco, CA, Rebecca takes a unique "return on design investment" approach to real estate construction. This, combined with her prior industry focus on advertising and market research has shaped her into a strong proponent of an evidence-based design process.
Prior to joining Kensington Investment Group, Rebecca worked at Rosetta, a large digital marketing agency with industry-leading clients such as Samsung, Apple and Cisco. At Rosetta, Rebecca developed and coordinated brand marketing programs, positioning and messaging for the agency; on the client services side, she managed mixed media campaigns to include display, print, email, search and social networking resources. Rebecca began her design career working on high-end residential design projects, space planning, custom furniture design, FFE material selections and concept development at the San Francisco-based firm, Applegate Tran Interiors.
Rebecca has a passion for community service, and participated in the 2013 San Francisco Decorator Showcase, one of the country’s most revered charity showcase events featuring work from the region’s top designers. She also participated in San Francisco American Red Cross’s largest fundraising event: The Red Cross Charity Gala Dinner, Hope By Design, and serves as a Marketing and Programs Director on the board for LiveLoveLau, a non-profit foundation designed to help bereaved children, where she manages all of the branding, messaging, positioning and marketing programs.
Rebecca holds a bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and a master's degree from the Academy of Art University under The School of Interior Architecture and Design.
Robert Jensen's Bio
Bob Jensen is currently a principal and senior advisor at Kensington Investment Group where he is involved with all acquisition, disposition and financing decisions.
Bob started acquiring apartment buildings in 1975 along the West Coast. His success rapidly grew through high net worth equity partnerships and by 1990 his investment firm controlled over 3,500 multifamily units. At the same time, Bob also began acquiring and developing hotels and created Kensington Management LLC to oversee all management and hotel operations.
Bob, through Kensington, was an early pioneer of the Holiday Inn Express brand rollout where he received numerous awards and recognition. He served on the Board of Directors for the Intercontinental Owners Association and was elected as the chairman of the Holiday Inn Express Owners Committee.
Prior to real estate investing, Bob worked for Prudential Insurance, was the State Chairman Illinois College Republican Federation, and graduated from with University of Illinois with a degree in Political Science. Bob has always believed in an honorable work ethic, a balanced quality of life and keeping a conscious plan for today and the future.
Robert A. Jensen's Bio
Robert Jensen is a principal at Kensington Investment Group, where he is primarily responsible for new acquisition and development opportunities as well as overseeing the asset and property management of all properties.
Prior to leading Kensington Investment Group, Robert worked at CBRE Inc. where he oversaw the sale and leasing of ground up and existing retail properties. During his eight-year tenure, he brokered the sale and lease of over 5 million square feet of commercial property resulting in over $200 million of consideration in three different West Coast states. His clients included Goldman Sachs, Hyatt Hotels, the Archon Group, Target Corporation, Ohio STRS and others.
Robert was born and raised in Pebble Beach, California and he graduated from Hawaii Pacific University with a degree in International Business. His work philosophy has been consistently focused on leveraging his astute understanding of real estate fundamentals as well as nurturing local market relationships.
Shirley Jensen's Bio
Shirley Jensen is a principal and senior advisor at Kensington Investment Group where she advises on all design and construction decisions.
Shirley began her work in exterior and interior design in 1990, where she oversaw all design and construction for the ground up development of six Holiday Inn Express Hotels located throughout central Oregon. Shirley’s natural abilities led to multiple design awards from the Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG) including back to back Golden Torchbearer Awards and Quality Excellence Awards, awarded only to top hotels within the IHG system. Shirley’s natural artistic talents have allowed her to excel at all forms of art, including residential and landscape design, photography, painting, and drawing. Her photography is displayed on the walls of both the Holiday Inn Express Grants Pass and the Holiday Inn Express Roseburg.
Prior to real estate investment and development activities with her husband, Shirley worked for Carmel Monterey Travel as a travel agent and raised her four children with an emphasis on family, honesty, hard work, and creativity. Shirley has always believed in recognizing and encouraging natural talent, providing adequate training, support and recognition for all staff, and communicating expectations in all levels of the organization.

Dean Jolley's Bio
Dean Jolley has been with Kensington Management since 2009. He serves as Corporate Controller and is responsible for directing the preparation of all financial reports, executing Kensington’s’ financial strategies, and developing annual operating and capital budgets.
In addition to financial analysis, Dean has been involved with over 15 new construction and renovation projects in both the planning and operational stages of execution. Dean has extensive management experience in finance, audit, strategic planning, budgeting, accounting, internal controls, human resources, information technology and risk management.
Dean studied accounting and Business Management at Gonzaga University and has been involved with implementing accounting procedures and testing software for Hotel and commercial property specific accounting.
Rochelle Wasula's Bio
Rochelle Wasula is a Project Coordinator for Kensington Investment Group; as such she is involved in commercial property management, building renovations and upgrades, as well as business administrative functions.
Rochelle’s career in architecture has covered the gamut from designing condo style time share resorts, senior housing facilities, and an automobile dealership. In addition to traditional architecture, she has provided project management for multiple commercial construction defect litigation cases involving water intrusion and structural deficiencies.
A native of the Pacific Northwest, Rochelle attained her degree in Architectural Design and Drafting from Portland Community College. She continually strives to improve operational efficiencies, as well as create functional buildings that work for the end user.
