Al manages projects by working directly with architects, designers, and clients, reviewing project plans, shop drawings and submittals. He prepares material/carpentry labor takeoffs, establishes orders for changes and creates project schedules. Al’s honest, direct approach and ability to get the job done, with the client’s interest at the forefront, has earned the respect of owners and professionals alike.

Al is Delaware Valley Safety and OSHA 30hr Certified. With these certifications, Al has an ever watchful eye on safety first.

With his passion for construction and advanced knowledge of technology, Anthony has been instrumental in developing and managing programs which allow clients, designers and architects on-line tracking of their construction project’s progress, as well as providing subcontractors and material suppliers the most recent project plans and specifications. The success of these new programs has been well received by clients, professionals, tradesmen and peers, earning Anthony much respect.

From the initial contact with prospective clients, through the bidding process, project changes and management, Anthony works with clients, architects, subcontractors and material suppliers to achieve the client’s project goals, while delivering the most value. Anthony administrates subcontract and material supply awards.

Always aware of protecting the client’s interest, Anthony promotes employee OSHA safety training and requires subcontractor OSHA compliance. With Anthony’s lead abatement training, he is first in making clients aware of any lead abatement issues which might arise.

Dennis’s hands-on approach to project management by coordinating sales and biddings and managing vendor/subcontractor contracts and change orders conveniently makes processes available to clients for on-line review.

Dennis is currently on the Boards of New Point Behavioral Health and Fulton Bank of New Jersey. He is a member of the Greater Woodbury Chamber of Commerce and continues to be actively involved in supporting his community.

With 31 years of construction industry experience, an eye for detail and a strong carpentry and construction management background, Ed’s insight is sought and respected by clients, professionals and peers alike. While working directly with architects, designers and clients, and with a thorough understanding of the project scope of work, plans, specs and submittals, Ed coordinates scheduling of tradesmen, labor, inspections, and material deliveries. Ed’s management style always places the client’s interest at the forefront. As clients sometimes make changes to the project scope of work, Ed initiates the Administrative Change Order processes.

Ed is OSHA 30hr Certified and keeps an ever watchful eye on safety first.
