                In conjunction with Seaboard Asphalt and Specialty Emulsions, we take pride in stocking only the best of products offered to the asphalt paving and sealcoating industry.  We have been working hand in hand with Seaboard for decades to provide a family owned distribution center with friendly faces to visit for your asphalt maintenance needs.

   Starting in the 1950’s with residential asphalt materials, our first product (which is still offered at our Allentown location) was Seaboard LN-11 Gilsonite rejuvenating sealer.  This oil base asphalt top coat is one of the most proven asphalt coatings for residential purposes.  Gilsonite is known to nearly double the life expectancy of a pavement surface with annual application.  We also stock a number of different asphalt crack sealing products for residential and commercial application.  We carry liquid rubberized and trowel-grade crack filler, direct fire tar blocks, black diamond grit sand, and even Quikjoint tar strips for neat and easy pavement seam sealing.  Combined, they allow our contractors to get the job done from start to finish.  If you’re in need of cold patch for small fixes, we stock Bond-X GREEN patch in 60lb bags for easy pot-hole repairs.  Bond-X is VOC compliant, environment friendly, permanent, and made of 100% recycled materials.  We also offer non-fiber asphalt aluminum coating for roof and other alloy applications.  We stock many of the hand tools needed on the job site as well.  Hand tamps, tamp shoes, brush applicators, asphalt lutes, and crack squeegees are just a few of the tools you will find in our shop.  To top it off, you can also see our onsite technician for custom spray wands, hoses, tips, screens, pressure valves, and other handy little items you may need along the way.  We strive to provide a one stop shop to get you on the job and working with the efficiency and assurance that each of our contractors deserve.

   On a larger scale, our growing location also offers a number of quality commercial grade products to serve the asphalt maintenance industry.  Drop tankers are available to be delivered on the job site and also directly to your home office.  We can facilitate delivering tankers to fill your own tanks in the yard, or for our large volume customers, we can deliver tank trucks to leave on site.  These delivery tankers are available with RC products, various emulsions like tack and seal coat, and also tar and chip material.

   Speaking of tack coat, let’s take a moment to discuss trackless tack coat.  As most large scale construction companies are aware, 2017 has brought some existing issues with tack coat to light with Bulletin 15 and most recently the PAPA tack coat briefing.  Specifications are changing and it has left many seasoned companies with tough decisions as to the best direction in which to proceed with the unavoidable tack coating process.  With issues like bonding strength, material tracking, and cost of materials, choosing the best path of action has seemed somewhat confusing. 

   EM-50-TT trackless tack has become the industry leader and in many cases the exclusive tack for many of the contractors serving both Penn Dot and the Turnpike Commission.  This is not by chance, but rather a matter of the products attributes which immediately increase productivity, gross profit, and long term quality factors.

   We ask that in reviewing our product specifications, please take special note that when considering our product application rates, we are in all cases less expensive than any other trackless product.  Also remember that our application rate is truly an application rate, NOT residual rate.  Many manufactures will quote a residual rate after evaporation which can be misleading.

   We can fill your distributor rigs from our facility in Allentown with fresh product arriving daily.  Many of our volume users elect to have trailers drop ship product directly to their own location, and often on larger projects, are delivered directly to the job site. 

   As a reminder, our EM-50-TT is an Anionic product and your rigs must be neutralized prior to accepting our product.  We will perform this function for you at no charge in Baltimore.  There are also ways to complete the neutralization process from your location.  These options can be discussed upon consideration of the new material.  For larger accounts, we encourage meeting with clients in person to discuss storage, maintenance, and the operation of machines using our trackless tack.
