American Green Solutions LLC is a local building management and constructions services company. We are focused on commercial retrofit lighting projects and lighting supplies for new and retrofit constructions projects. Our goal is always to help our clients achieve their goals with best customer service and honest advice. Our approach is holistic and comprehensive. For retrofit projects designed to save building owners on utility cost, we start with an energy audit and provide a complete ROI assessment based on data collected; helping owners and property managers to quickly identify saving opportunities and plan for smart projects’ investments.
In new constructions projects; we work with GCs and Electrical Contractors to fulfill projects lighting needs. We backup our proposal with a clean quantities’ takeoff and match for same or better alternative fixtures to help owners and GCs save on both initial and operational cost.
